Our Mission
Digital Discipline is on a mission to enhance people's digital well-being across New Zealand. We educate people about social media addiction and help them work towards a more balanced digital lifestyle.
From our research about social media addiction, we learned that:

of students admitted to losing track of time while using social media leading to poor time management.

of students report disrupted sleep patterns due to excessive screen time.

of students admit to experiencing emotional instability due to social media.
